October 2008 – CRIMINAL LAW UPDATE – Presented by Anthony Edwards
Keep up to date on developments in the law. Anthony Edwards covers all aspects of the criminal process, from
investigation to final review. He examines developments in legal aid and costs, criminal investigations, criminal law,
procedure, evidence and sentencing. All major Court decisions are included with an explanation of their relevance.
The course will contain two hours of material relevant to the work of duty solicitors and accredited
representatives, so meeting their minimum training requirement.
